Gyurme Sherpa
Second-generation in the rug business, and with more than ten years experience in the U.S. market, Gyurme handles all outsie sales for Royal Intercontinental. Traveling the country to meet with clients, Gyurme believes "Strong customer relationships are the more important part of our business; our clients are our partners and our ambassadors.". Gyurme is a graduate of Luther College where he obtained his HA in Business Management.
Kalsang Bhuming
A buddhist, born in a Tibetan refugee camp on the plateaus of the Himalayas, Kalsang studied in Nepali, Hindi and Catholic schools, eventually graduating from Luther College in Decorah, IA. Kalsang is a childhood name given by His Holiness Dudjom Rinpoche, which means 'Kind-hearted' and which I believe is quite close to my nature."May all living beings be in peace.".
